Employment Requirements

We are always looking to employ new people – experienced or new to the industry you will need your qualifications prior to working with us:

You must have:

  • DPTI Workzone Traffic Management Qualifications
  • RIIWHS302D – Implement Traffic Management Plan
  • RIIWHS205D – Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat
  • CPCCOHS1001A – Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Construction Induction)

Ideally and Preference will be for people with:

  • HLTAID003 – Level 2 First Aid
  • HLTAID001 – Provide Cardiopulmonary First Aid

Work as a traffic controller is a very rewarding job choice, work locations are varied, you meet different people regularly and you get to play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers, road users and pedestrians.

We are wanting to hear from people that work well under pressure, are good communicators and want to be a part of a growing team.

If you are joining our team you will require some PPE (personal protective equipment) Items such as Steel Capped Safety Boots, High Vis Trousers and High Vis Shirt and a UHF Radio prior to starting with us. These items will be advised to you during the interview phase.

If you have experience in traffic control already please ensure that you indicate this on the form below.
